eLearning Development
This course was developed for a volunteer client who owns a small craft store. She is a busy business-owner who was looking for a way to reduce the amount of time she spent training new employees. She wanted her employees to learn about the importance of providing excellent customer service and introduce them to the steps involved in serving a customer at the sales counter before they started in-person training.
I developed this 30 minute course to address her needs. The learners are her newly hired employees, many of whom have never worked in a retail environment.
